Leading MBA™ has been designed for owners, chief executives, directors, partners and senior managers working anywhere in the world. It’s suitable for leaders from all industry sectors, including private companies, family businesses, partnerships and charities, employing from 10 to 1,000 staff.
Leading MBA™ builds on yours and others’ leadership experiences, provides a community for learning, offers valuable tools and techniques for you to apply in your business and accelerates your development. The program requires commitment, an appetite for learning, reflection and thinking deeply.
The two-year part-time program offers real life learning that’s both practical and academic, achieving the gold standard in education: an MBA accredited by a British university, fully online meaning you do not need to leave home or your job to travel. Entry to the program is based on your professional experience, which means you do not need to have any previous qualifications to join Leading MBA™.

Six one to one coaching sessions in Year 1 aimed at helping you take immediate, practical, actionable steps

Stewart has over three decades of experience in leading, growing and developing a variety of businesses in different markets in different countries transforming organisations and their performance. His work on transformational change, leadership, business planning, employee engagement, productivity, innovation and work based learning has been featured in a number of books, articles and Government best practice guidance documents. As well as being the CEO of QuoLux™, Stewart is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Gloucestershire and a Non-Executive Director and trusted advisor to a number of organisations.
