Cosgrove & Drew Engineering ServicesThere is real benefit to LEAD™ online. You are able to revisit course material and watch the masterclasses online, pause, replay and take additional notes. But, there is a need for strong discipline and structure if you are to fit this in around your daily activities.

Gloucestershire Engineering TrainingHaving started the LEAD™ programme online last month, I have to say that I have been pleasantly surprised. The experience has been very positive to date and I have already got to know the other delegates in the cohort well. I put this down to QuoLux's facilitation and the willingness of the delegates to embrace online learning and support each other.
Gareth Edwards
COO, CCP - Caring for Communities & PeopleThe LEAD™ programme has already had a positive impact in just a few weeks. I have found the virtual format welcoming and convenient and the group dynamic has worked well and it feels like we’ve really got to know each other over the past few weeks.
At a time where a lot of us have felt somewhat isolated, but the pressure hasn’t abated, it has provided an extra layer of support and contact which has been really appreciated. It’s already making a difference in what is a critical time for all of us to show our leadership skills, support the team and find a way forward. The way the sessions are facilitated means that we all stay involved and have time to reflect and learn from others experiences.
Jenny Robins
Operations Manager, Printwaste Recycling & ShreddingMy personal experience of working online with QuoLux™ has been really positive. Being able to work in my own environment and in my own time has felt relaxed, has allowed me to digest the information and has kept me focused.
I've enjoyed working with Stewart in our online coaching sessions and he helped to trigger and unlock ideas.
