This program is for owner-managers, CEOs, Managing Directors, directors and senior managers of all sizes of organisations in all sectors (e.g. private, public, charities, Third Sector etc.) who want their business to be a force for good and play its’ part in making the world a better place.
Purpose-led Business is a twelve-month business-wide program to make purpose-led business become a reality. The program’s innovative design is built around your own business with the opportunity to learn and collaborate with other participating businesses. Alongside individual places, 'tables' are available for a company to participate with up to four colleagues tasked with creating a purpose-led business.

Professor Steve Kempster

Professor Steve Kempster is one of the creators of the Good Dividends and leads the good dividends project. Steve is one of the world’s foremost experts in the field of leadership learning, leadership of purpose and responsible leadership and has extensively published on these subjects in 5 books, many chapters and peer-reviewed papers. Currently Professor of Leadership Development and Director of the Lancaster Leadership Collaboratory at the UK’s renowned Lancaster University Management School, Steve originally worked in the property industry and ran his own business, a surveying practice. This experience, and many subsequent years devising leadership programmes specifically for the owners and directors of small firms, brings unparalleled insight to the program.

Stewart has over three decades of experience in leading, growing and developing a variety of businesses in different markets in different countries transforming organisations and their performance. His work on transformational change, leadership, business planning, employee engagement, productivity, innovation and work based learning has been featured in a number of books, articles and Government best practice guidance documents. As well as being the CEO of QuoLux™, Stewart is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Gloucestershire and a Non-Executive Director and trusted advisor to a number of organisations.
