Who is this course for?

This course is for leaders and managers at a senior level such as a CEO, Managing Director, director or senior manager who have a wish for mentoring to assist in meeting their goals and / or are considering introducing a mentoring scheme into their organisations.

Course Details

The course comprises of 12 sessions

Session 1
Introductory session: in the first session we will introduce you to mentoring, help you to identify your goals and agree a development plan.

Sessions 2-11
Review progress on your development plan and agree further actions.

Session 12
Reflect on your progress and identify goals to support your ongoing development.
