Course Details
The course comprises of 12 sessions
Session 1
Introductory session:
in the first session we will introduce you to mentoring, help you to identify your goals and agree a development plan.
Sessions 2-11
Review progress on your development plan and agree further actions.
Session 12
Reflect on your progress and identify goals to support your ongoing development.

Dr Stewart Barnes
Mentor

Jo Draper
Mentor
Jo is a highly skilled and qualified mentor who has many years of Board experience both as a director and trustee as well as managing in a complex multidisciplinary public sector environment. Jo works with clients across a wide range of industry sectors typically at executive and senior management level. Her passion is to support individuals to become the best leader they can be, and she sensitively works alongside her clients to help them to understand their issues and identify steps to help them to achieve their goals in order to reach their potential.

Rachael Ramos
Mentor
Rachael is an experienced and qualified business mentor and is an owner-manager and director of companies in the UK and Brazil. She understands at first-hand the issues that business leaders face. This experience together with her mentoring expertise are invaluable in helping business people develop themselves and forge further success. Rachael has worked closely with numerous companies in sectors as diverse as automotive, airline, chemical, steel, oil and gas, food and drink, manufacturing, and professional services.
